Kale and Arugula Pesto

Simple and flavourful kale arugula pesto. Serve with any pesto dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup kale torn into pieces
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 lime juice only
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds or 2 TBSP copped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup cheese can use vegan
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. You can also use a hand mixer. Mix until smooth.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
